The annual Free From Food Awards UK (FFFA) was founded in 2007 in response to the challenging dietary needs of consumers by celebrating the best in free from foods and products. It’s a quickly growing market. More and more people are identifying and living with an ever-increasing range of food and product allergies and intolerances as well as conditions such as Coeliac disease. Industry awards such as the FFFA seek to encourage businesses to bring to market new and improved free from products.
The FFFA are open to entrants from right across the world and attract sponsors and new product entires from leading brand businesses and major retailers. such as Sainsbury’s, Tescos, Asda and many more. There were over 550 entries this year! It is such an honour for Liberate to be recognised and awarded by the Free From Food Awards amongst such prestigious company.

“Very much a fan of the extensive on-pack freefrom claims – rather than just isolating gluten and milk, as many do. Looks excellent – just like a traditional English muffin. Toasted, it has a really good conventional ‘bread’ flavour with a nice hint of saltiness and a great crust. I don’t normally shop gluten free but would have no problem buying this product and serving it to other people”.!

” Smells nice. Look different and like they’ll be really crispy but only a tiny bit crispy. Really creamy taste, good even without sauces. Would have toasted as a snack on a cold day. You can taste the butter. Smells like custard. Nice soft texture inside. Both tasters make their own waffles at home. These better than their own ones.”
